Legal Counsel for Foreigners in Turkey

 

I began my legal education at Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2006 and graduated in 2010. Since 2011, I have been providing legal services in Turkey with a focus on private law, tax law, administrative law, criminal law, and family law (including divorce and custody cases).

 

In 2021, my book “The Principle of Equality in Mediation in Legal Disputes” was published, contributing to the academic field of mediation and equality in law. In 2023, I completed my master’s degree in Private Law at Anadolu University with my thesis on “Dropshipping Agreements”.

Mediation & Legal Services in English As a registered mediator since 2022 and an expert mediator since 2023, I provide alternative dispute resolution services, especially in commercial, family, and employment conflicts. My mediation practice emphasizes impartiality, confidentiality, and efficient settlement solutions.

 

I also assist foreign individuals and businesses in Turkey by offering legal consultancy in English.
